Nope! I’ve got you covered. As a pro makeup artist I carry a fully stocked kit, equipped to cover a global range of skin tones. I pride myself on being able to match anyone who sits in my chair, so you don’t need to worry about me not being able to match your foundation or powder!

Of course, if there is a shade of lipstick you absolutely love, you’re more than welcome to bring it ;)

I keep a fully stocked kit, filled with a combination of high end and professional makeup brands that have been designed for long lasting performance. Only products that I’ve used and tested extensively make it into my pro kit.

Of course! I offer a complimentary telephone consultation where we can explore your vision for your special day. Using the information you’ve given me, I collaborate with you to design a look that you will love!

Yes! A bridal preview is actually included in every Luxury Beauty Experience. I require a preview for several reasons:

1) It allows us to decide on the look and explore options with out the wedding day pressure.

2) It gives you a chance to see your look before your big day, so that there are no surprises on the wedding day. You can sit back and relax knowing that when you leave the chair you’ll love how you look!

3) It gives you a chance to wear the makeup. If we need to make any tweaks or changes when it comes to products or the actual look, we will know before the big day and adjust accordingly.

If you are still shopping around for a makeup artist and would like to book a preview separately before making a decision, you can do so by sending an email to gail@gaildoesmakeup.com with the title “Bridal Preview” . If you decide to book your wedding day makeup with me afterwards, the cost of the preview will simply be subtracted from the total.

I offer several Luxury Bridal Beauty Experiences, beginning at $295. Click HERE to inquire about which Experience will be perfect for your big day!

Your makeup will last the entire day, with the exception of your lipstick (due to eating, drinking, kissing, etc). I offer touch-up kits that include a sample of your lip colour for this reason.

I also offer packages with extended touch-up hours, so that I can remain on-location with you, and ensure that your look remains intact from start to finish.

You can expect to spend up to 90 minutes in my chair. Beyond simply wanting you to have a relaxing experience, I take my time with the details to ensure that your makeup is simply flawless.

While I do offer packages that can take care of two other members of your party (e.g your Mom, or Maid of Honour), my Luxury Bridal Beauty Experiences are designed specifically to cater to the bride on her big day.

However, should you require it, I do work closely with other makeup artists whose work I trust to ensure that your bridal party will be as flawless as you are.

As soon as you get engaged! Bridal artists tend to be booked months in advance, so as soon as you’ve found an artist whose work you love, you should reach out and try to secure your date!

Yes! I will travel to wherever you are located on your wedding day. For your convenience, on-location service fees are included in all of my Luxury Beauty Experiences, however there may be other variable costs associated with travel depending on your location. (e.g inter-island or international travel, parking & accommodations, etc)

In order to secure your wedding date, I require a signed contract and a 50% retainer. Until those have been sent in, your date remains open to the next bride who inquires about it.

However, once you’ve returned your signed contract and paid your retainer , your date is locked in!
